This building is a resting place and storage for the city park, Boramae. The site is located at the edge of a mound. There is an existing passage for the hiking. Many people use this passage. In order to preserve the natural site shape and the hiking passage, we located most of the janitor’s rooms at the lifted second floor. There are several concrete boxes for the storages. This concrete boxes support the wood finish tube above. There are courtyard void leads the people toward the terrace which facing the mound.
