The RX Construtora project was developed comprehensively, covering everything from the production warehouses to the administrative building, with a well-defined concept and a strong identity. As a manufacturer of interlocking block floors, a space was needed that reflected RX's operational efficiency and logistics optimization.
For the project, a detailed study of the factory and production layout was carried out, creating an integrated flow between the warehouses to maximize productivity. The architectural design was guided by the need for logistical efficiency, ensuring that every aspect of the project contributed to the growth and smooth operation of RX Construtora.
The biggest challenge was defining the ideal production flow. In-depth studies and frequent visits to the factory were carried out to fully understand the processes and create intelligent solutions that met the client's specific needs.
The key word here is optimization. Every detail was thought out to ensure the best performance for the business.

In the site plan, the functional distribution of the administrative block, production warehouses and an adjacent chapel was carried out. In the office, the layout of areas such as reception, management, HR, DP, administrative area and cafeteria was carefully planned, ensuring efficiency and comfort in each space.
When approaching the office, the priority was to convey credibility and trust, especially as it was the company's first physical headquarters. The client's growth, which began modestly and conquered a significant market, needed to be reflected in the project.
Dark tones and materials such as wood, panels, shelves and touches of marble were chosen to create a serious and sophisticated environment. The choice of materials was crucial to convey the solidity and reliability that RX wanted to communicate to its clients.
n addition to the personalized details such as mimetic doors, the highlight of the design is the work of art in the meeting room: a sculpture in corten steel developed with Senhor das Artes, which visually incorporates the blocks produced by the factory, uniting art and function in a unique way.
Located near Varginha airport, the project required strict compliance with specific standards approved by DECEA. With expertise in approvals of this type, the issue was managed effectively, ensuring that all legal requirements were met without compromising the design.
Throughout the project, our team worked diligently to ensure that every detail reflected RX Construtora’s robust identity. From initial planning to final execution, the detailed approach and innovative solutions resulted in a space that not only streamlines operations but also reinforces the identity that RX Construtora wants to convey.
