Solid Professionals is an ambitious company with an informal culture. And the company is growing, which is why it is moving from one end of the high-profile Maliebaan boulevard in Utrecht to the other.

It’s a modest move with a big impact. The new location is a stately old office villa, typical of the Maliebaan, but ill-suited for an open plan office. That’s why DZAP developed the new office around a central corridor. Each of the rooms off that corridor have their own function: quiet room, inspiration room, work café and bar. And each is given its own character in the selection of colours and materials. One salient detail about the project: during the design phase, the contractor was already working on the renovation; the construction of each of the rooms began almost immediately after the decision-making. A very fast and proactive process!
