This is a duplex penthouse aprtment that enjoys a 6 meter high floor to ceiling window view of Taipei. The main design revolves around a curved stair and balustrade that wrap and connect the living / dinning areas of the lower floor with the entertainment area on the upper floor.
A transparent volume of glass and stainless steel frame rises alongside the stair. The lower level is used as a seni-outdoor dining room while the upper level is the children's play room. The color palette in the mian public spaces consists of grey floor, wall and ceiling, with accents of silvery stainless steel, and stained oak.
