Syensqo's new headquarters in Curitiba was designed in compliance with all the premises and layout proposed by the Belgian multinational. Located in a glass building in the Jardim Botânico neighborhood, the view of the park's greenhouse, which is so emblematic in the city, was explored in some areas.
The reception desk at the entrance was made with a curved corian and built-in lighting for the logo, standing out in the space. The orange color, the company's identity, is highlighted in the details in contrast with the white and gray base.
The program serves an average of seventy people working simultaneously in open and closed workstations, in addition to a rest area with a pantry, cabinets, storage areas, and closed rooms for one, two or three people who need more privacy or small conferences are required.
The five meeting rooms are spread across the 965 m² of the headquarters, where it is possible to hold several meetings together without reservations of space or travel unnecessary distances. Employees must feel valued through the project and encouraged to work in all areas of the office, so the headquarters was designed so that the spaces were not cramped and were comfortable and fluid, with vibrant visual communication.
Since the project required a short deadline, the existing modular ceiling was used with adjustments to the lighting, standardized furniture, dry joint partitions for a cleaner design and a new carpet floor integrating the entire headquarters, with the exception of the vinyl flooring in the rest area and pantry.
We can also highlight the “silent work” cabin, often necessary for some service that requires acoustic insulation.
In short, environments with identity, comfort, aesthetics and that are functional in everyday life were created, with a harmonious concept between the workspace and the company's visual identity.
