Pardini Hall Architecture approached the project with reverence for the villa’s layered history, preserving its aged textures and original proportions while subtly introducing contemporary interventions. The result is a residence that feels both timeless and lived-in, where raw plaster walls, reclaimed materials, and hand-crafted details coexist with refined spatial compositions.
