Visualization by 100CGI Studio for a private client: The Balance Core, a 21,000 sq ft headquarters in Miami. Nine stills were delivered in 17 days, so the client could see how very different spaces flow into each other before building started.
Everything sits on one level: desks, lounges, a games room, a kitchen and a full fitness wing. A floor plate like this lives or dies on whether the loud half wrecks the quiet half, and sound is the one thing a render cannot show.
So the separation had to be visible. Sightlines, level changes, planting and changes of material tell a viewer which corner is calm and which one is loud, without signs or labels. That is where most multi-use office imagery falls down.
The arcade and the gym stayed in the set. Dropping them would have made the images look more corporate and hidden the whole argument of the building. The harder part was holding one visual language across that range: side daylight under an industrial ceiling, terrazzo next to warm timber slats and smooth metal, each balanced against the others. Make every zone equally bright and busy and the floor reads as chaos.
Rendered in 3ds Max and Corona. Full case study: The Balance Core.
