Langham Hotel Complex Development is situated at East Harbour of Dalian. It is a comprehensive development comprising a hotel and a series of apartment buildings. The 300m Mega Tower consists of a five-star hotel, as well as luxury apartment floors. In addition, there are seven apartment blocks and a four-storey underground carpark.
The project is located at a prestigious site facing the Dalian Harbour. The Mega Tower located adjacent to Renmin Road forms the landmark at the entryway of the city. The seven apartment blocks are located at the south and east of the site, leaving the central area as a generous garden space, linking the public green belt at the north.
The apartment blocks are lined up and linked in a slightly curved row in different height. By breaking down the building mass and careful juxtaposition, voids, terraces and bridging spaces are formed between the building mass. The whole group of buildings appears as an urban sculpture enriching the urban space of the entire area.
