The Lifestyle Hotel concept embodies a refined fusion of high standards, cultural sensitivity, and advanced technology in hospitality architecture. Effortlessly blending state-of-the-art facilities with the natural beauty and historic charm of Yanbu, the project reflects both the region’s architectural heritage and its evolving urban character.
The hotel is a three-story building, thoughtfully divided by a wide central atrium that creates two distinct zones. Public spaces on the ground floor are strategically organized to promote efficient circulation and facilitate social engagement, while the guest rooms are deliberately oriented to capitalize on the site’s surrounding vistas. The rooftop terrace serves as a distinctive leisure amenity, offering expansive views of the sea and enhancing the overall spatial experience. Together with a beach club, diving and visitor centers, and a beach retreat, the Lifestyle Hotel forms a dynamic ecosystem for leisure, relaxation, and exploration.
The project scope includes the concept design and architectural development of the hotel, with a strong emphasis on public spaces over private guest rooms. The Lifestyle Suites draw inspiration from the natural beauty of Al Nakhal, featuring lush greenery, expansive windows that flood the space with natural light, and luxurious furnishings. These suites prioritize comfort and privacy while offering guests a deep connection to the local environment.
In recognition of its excellence, the Lifestyle Hotel was awarded the Golden Prize in the Hospitality category at the 2024 Global Future Design Awards, underscoring the company’s commitment to innovation and design excellence.
