REDEVELOPMENT INCLUDING INTERIOR AND FURNITURE DESIGN

Karawitz Architecture as Architect-Designer

Scheme: The aim was to redistribute and optmise areas, to offer them a certain generosity by making them appear larger. The integrated furniture always offers modularity in terms of its use. Top-of-the-range interiors whose true value resldes in their flexibility.

Every living area and every suite, boasts its own identity. The style aims to be both calming and durable, it marries the 50’s and 70’s with the future at wish. It expresses « excellence » both in terms of performance and choice of the materials, which are noble and long-lasting (leather, solid wood, glass, metal, natural stone...).

Systems: Interior insulation. Thermic solar panels on the roof. Ventilation with heat recovery. Automatically opening roof overlooking one of the three terraces (skydome). Green wall in the courtyard on the groundfloor. Leather covered floor in the library. Foor-heating. Triple glazing.
