This ambitious project in Scheveningen was not only to enlarge the traditional townhouse, but also to create a comfortable climate in house with natural ventilation and high levels of insulation. With an extra floor added to the house, the family got a lot of extra space in m2 for new rooms. But the upgrading was also meant to improve the energylabel of the house from E to A.
Access, ventilation and excellent thermal performance
Glazing Vision attributed to this project with a VisionVent Access Hatch. Good for ventilation and for accessing the roof for maintenance of the solar panels. And of course, to watch the fireworks on the beach in Scheveningen. The VisionVent has an excellent overall thermal performance with concealed insulation.
