Our project, situated between a dynamic urban context and a green campus, uses its unique triangular form to establish a dialogue with its environment. Each side of the triangle maintains a specific relationship with either the urban fabric or the campus, reflecting a deep understanding of the site.

The building’s design offers a smooth transition between the city and the campus. The northwest façade, limited to two levels, respects the scale of the neighboring houses, ensuring harmonious integration into the urban landscape. The triangular base intelligently adapts to the site's constraints and opportunities, offering both flexibility and openness to the outside.

The transformation of the triangle into a square on the upper levels maximizes the site's potential while complying with regulations. This volumetric strategy creates a strong architectural statement on the campus side, asserting the building’s presence while respecting the views of the surrounding structures.

The building’s layout, sensitive to the nuances of both the urban and natural context, aims to create a functional, aesthetically pleasing, and environmentally respectful place for living, studying, and conducting research. The architecture balances intimacy and openness, concentrated workspaces and relaxation areas, promoting well-being and social interaction.

The signage, intuitive and minimalist, facilitates users’ navigation, reinforcing a sense of belonging and ease of orientation for a coherent and pleasant user experience.
