All the public and semi-public office spaces were demolished and re-designed from scratch, around the concept of 'interaction'. The rest of the space received a superficial treatment to in order to maintain a coherent look & feel.
The goal was to create a liberating and inspiring work environment.
A seating area is the focal point of the entrance space where large seating furniture are accompanied by a big bookcase, a TV and an and inviting blackboard.
The round, glass meeting room is both, a separation and a means for directing the users' movement toward the socially-central dining area.
The intended dynamic atmosphere is supported by the graphics on the wall, the color choices and the flow of space.
