The project was commissioned by brothers who had received it as an inheritance and wanted to sell it since no one needed it.

The original distribution had become obsolete for the needs of most potential buyers, who were either a young couple looking for their new home as owners, or a more investor profile who wanted a good return. In addition, the 2 balconies had remained in the background, something that we had to enhance by its stunning views from the tenth floor.

We proposed a project for this first case modifying the distribution that the area facing south, where the main balcony is located, was the main space of the house, diaphanous and impregnated with natural light, and with a connection closer to the kitchen, in this case of small office size.

The rest of the house are left 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. The main one with connection to the second balcony, also with stunning views, and exclusive entrance to private bathroom. The other room, for children, with visual connection to the living area, to be able to control them and thus facilitate more light entry.
