The architecture is defined by light masonry, refined detailing, generous glass façades and a wide roof overhang. Together, these elements create a horizontal and understated appearance, while strengthening the transition between inside and outside. The façades open towards the greenery and the canal, making the surrounding landscape an essential part of the living experience.

Inside, the design focuses on light, views and spatial clarity. The living spaces are oriented towards the garden and the water. Transparent corners and carefully positioned window openings bring daylight deep into the house and create changing perspectives throughout the interior.

The roof overhang filters the light and creates sheltered outdoor spaces, allowing the residents to enjoy the garden in different seasons.
