The house is designed as a composition of clear volumes, large glass façades and carefully balanced material contrasts. White plaster, dark façade panels, timber cladding and refined steel and glass elements create a calm but expressive architectural language.
The design focuses on light, openness and the connection between interior and landscape. Generous windows frame views of the surrounding garden, while the open living spaces are organised around natural daylight, long sightlines and a strong relationship with the terrace and outdoor areas.
Sustainability is integrated in a quiet and practical way, with green roofs, solar panels and a compact, future-proof layout. The garden forms an essential part of the design, softening the architecture and strengthening the sense of living within a natural environment.
Inside, the villa combines minimal detailing with warm materials. Concrete floors, steel-framed glass partitions, timber furniture and carefully placed lighting create a refined yet comfortable living atmosphere.
