Semi-detached villa in Albisano, Lake Garda. Rare demolition and reconstruction intervention of the head element inserted in a terraced complex built on the ridge. The project deals with the theme of the single-material pitched roof and the relationship with access to the building from the upper street level.

The two themes are resolved by combining the contemporaneity of the pure volume on the first floor, characterized by the continuity between vertical surfaces and roofing, then the ground floor made of stone partitions with open joints. Contemporaneity and tradition come face to face with the Garda landscape. Massive stone partitions, iron profiles and pure volumes excavated without facades make the project always different and chiseled on every front.
