Designed in close collaboration with a family that frequently entertains, the home reflects a client-centered approach that prioritizes openness, fluid circulation, and spatial generosity.
The ground floor is organized around a large open great room, where 12-foot ceilings amplify volume and establish the social core of the house. A dark, restrained kitchen palette complements integrally dyed black concrete floors and extensive exposed steel, demonstrating an intentional, disciplined material strategy that balances performance, durability, and experience. A monolithic steel stair—constructed of exposed structural steel with glue-laminated timber treads—is expressed as an independent sculptural element, transforming a functional requirement into a defining architectural moment.
