World Plaza is a 23-story, 50,000-square-meter corporate office tower located in the heart of the burgeoning business district of Santa Fe, Mexico City. To maximize the tower’s oversight and forward-facing profile, a highly textured screen with deep-profile aluminum mullions was utilized for the building’s bowed, northward façade, generating open skyline views from all upper-floor units. The 21 floors of Grade-A office space were designed with column-free layouts for maximum efficiency and flexibility of use.
