Zhengzhou Youwell Forest Florid

Zhengzhou Youwell Forest Florid

Metrostudio as Landscape Architects

Accompanied by nature, enjoy the ecological
The wide world, inhabits the forest
Home into the forest, met poetry and the distance

The project is located in Baisha Group of Zhengdong District, Zhengzhou City, adjacent to Zhengdong New District in the west and Lvbo Group in the east. It is surrounded by double rivers and green land with ecological environment, hence its name - Forest Florid. Landscape design combines the image of the core business district with modern urban idyllic style, creating a modern natural forest series of high-quality scenic communities.

【Design Concept】

The architectural design adopts simple and elegant style, with vivid and delicate modeling, presenting an elegant and generous appearance. Landscape design continues the minimalist style, taking inspiration from the "guardian deity of the forest" and the "swaying petals", keeping close to the theme of "Forest Florid ", presents the simplicity and meaning of life. The forest is "brought" home to create a high-quality, comfortable living community experience of "people walking in pictures and communities in forest parks".

【Forest Entrance】

At the entrance, a misshapen pond design with simple trees and still water reflecting the shady reflections of the surrounding trees creates a sense of prestige and space, which is natural and quiet, simple and pure. The scattered rocks under the water create a sense of plain, natural and ecological space.

【Forest Secrets】

Through the entrance display space, into the eye is the spread of green. The north-south landscape axis is the longest axis in the whole district, running through the whole park. The landscape axis is based on the forest and combines with the colorful understory space to create the forest exhibition corridor.

Dense woods, water features, fog and rain, make a corner of a dense forest secret. Nature dominated design, meet visitors in the forest, quietly enjoy the ecological community of mutual living and integration.

【Deerfield Gardens】

Explore the dense forest like a secret garden with butterfly art installations and deer sculptures hidden among the trees. Listen to the gentle breeze and rain.

The design introduces the natural landscape into the interior of the living area, which is naturally integrated through feature paving and water features, allowing the owners to talk in a relaxed atmosphere full of nature and relaxation.

Cedar forest and stacked water, shady trees and shore stone, quiet and beautiful atmosphere as if the mountain spring., create a sense of plain, natural and ecological space.

Under the lush forest, the silhouettes of a few deer appear in the green lawn, an exquisite living room in the shade of the greenery. Guests share an oxygen-rich atmosphere and a relaxing conversation in the woods.

Verdant trees cast a large shade on the green flat, and the boardwalk and mobile lawn floating above the plants create a wide-open shade space, showing a relaxed and active atmosphere.

【Garden between the Houses】

Instead of the tone of skyscrapers, villa courtyards follow the light of nature and scatter among the ecological forests. The faint courtyard, flowers and plants vibrant, home encounter the most refreshing natural wind.

The gentle sunshine, warm breeze and shade of the trees and flowers provide a tranquil and elegant environment. On a pleasant afternoon, enjoy a cup of tea and a chat with a gentle voice; take a stroll in nature and enjoy the fragrance of the flowers and trees.
