In collaboration with mHome, we participated in a tender. The client was looking for a design for 54 movable homes. The apartments/studios each had to have an area of ​​20 m² to 60 m², including a private outdoor area. Located in the southern part of Újbuda hills, between the prefabricated apartment blocks from the socialist era and a modern housing area of real estate developers, Madárhegy has been populated mainly with small garden apartment buildings in the last ten years. Many of the new residents are families with children, so there was a significant demand for children's facilities. Recognising this, the municipality has planned a development including a nursery, kindergarten, a paediatric clinic and a public playground. Concept 180 apartments & commercial plinth | Amsterdam   Extraordinary life in a green landscape at any altitude Mountain Valley, or MoVa for short, owes its name to the combination of “Mountains” and “Valleys”. The Mountain takes its shape by allowing the masses to bounce back at every level. This creates an outdoor space per layer that is divided into private, semi-public and public. JAZZMINE, designed by nnm+ architects, was founded by Zeyu Shen, a young French dessert chef with an overseas background, who is not only passionate about French desserts but also has a deep love for jazz music. After several in-depth discussions, we decided to make the store a warm and dark-toned place, with a romantic retro jazzy atmosphere, letting time slowly flow here. In 2016, the old city of Segovia had around 2,500 inhabitants and experienced a continuous population decline. Due to this decrease, the neighborhood was left with almost no social infrastructure. The library, hospital, elementary school, and many other public services abandoned the area, leaving its residents with limited cultural, health, or social resources.
