Buenaventura Offices

We had been working with Buenaventura mining company since 2021, which had generated trust and allowed a smooth collaboration in their transition towards new ways of working, valuing their activities and optimizing spaces. This allowed them to move to a hybrid format, reducing their offices from five to two floors in Torre Begonias. This was accomplished by applying our prior knowledge on Buenaventura and the benchmark from our database. DRRP Spaces DRRP Spaces DRRP Spaces We focused on reusing most of the elements and prioritizing the colors of their raw material, the earth, instead of just their corporate colors. The project, divided into Analytics, design development, dismantling and implementation, required meeting the n... More

Multi-purpose Rooms

In addition to offices and workspaces, a large office building also needs some recreational/multifunctional spaces. These can be used as refectories, event spaces, display areas, etc. Philip Braem To keep this client's multifuncional spaces as flexible as possible, Skivn (S, M and L) was used in one space and Linear (1 and 2) in the other. These lighting fixtures are perfect for all possible uses of the space. Philip Braem Both spaces were fitted with a bar/kitchen by the client. To accentuate these and give them a luxurious look, we chose to work with the Stoal PET baffles. The PET baffles were placed side by side with large gaps between them to maintain the open feel of the space. Philip Braem More

Walk in the park

Curate a sustainable and green-conscious office space as the designers and the client are driven to create an image that correlates to the green energy environment which is one of the company's vision. The design inspiration came from a walk in the park concept whereby we were motivated to simulate a park-like environment bringing it into the workspace. By doing so, the users will be able to experience being connected to the outdoors with a sense of open environment with the access to fresh air and spacious grounds. In that way, users won’t feel that they are constrained by typical workspace environment that consists of plain partitions and thus this will be a positive way to encourage productivity and a motivation manner to strike a...
