The Teachers’ Lounge project at Powiatowy Zespół Szkół nr 4 in Wejherowo is an attempt to redefine this type of space within the structure of a school. Instead of a traditional administrative backroom, the result is an environment that supports work, relaxation, integration, and relationship building. The inspiration came from contemporary workplaces, hotel lobbies, and cafés. These are places where users can move naturally between focused work, meetings, and regeneration. Urban Living Solutions required a headquarters that could reflect its working culture, support a team's daily rhythm, and adapt as the business evolved. The 275 square meter workplace, located within Rose Apple Square in central Siem Reap, answers that brief with a straightforward material language, a modular design logic, and a spatial layout that balances focus with collaboration. Rose Apple Square is a mixed-use destination combining residences, retail, co-working, and cultural facilities. In downtown Montreal, a major office fit-out transforms several existing floors into a collaborative, hybrid work environment. Spread across three levels, the project rethinks areas previously organized as rows of enclosed offices and cubicles, adapting them to new ways of working that combine in-person and remote collaboration. Creating a hub for social and cultural enterprises through an innovative circular design approach. The Kaserne area –a former military barracks complex in central Basel– has undergone several transformations over the years, the most recent one has seen the prominent building become a leading hub of social and cultural enterprises in Switzerland. The main building of the Kaserne was renovated by Focketyn del Rio, opening it up towards the city and the river Rhine. We had been working with Buenaventura mining company since 2021, which had generated trust and allowed a smooth collaboration in their transition towards new ways of working, valuing their activities and optimizing spaces. This allowed them to move to a hybrid format, reducing their offices from five to two floors in Torre Begonias. The aim of the design was the aesthetic and the functional upgrade of an area of 400 sq.m, part of the facilities of the company Iliadis Alexandros S.A., in 7th KM Thessalonikis - Lagada National Road, Greece.  The company operates in the field of import, export and wholesale of gift, seasonal and decorative items. These can be used as refectories, event spaces, display areas, etc. Philip Braem To keep this client's multifuncional spaces as flexible as possible, Skivn (S, M and L) was used in one space and Linear (1 and 2) in the other. These lighting fixtures are perfect for all possible uses of the space. Philip Braem Both spaces were fitted with a bar/kitchen by the client.
