We had been working with Buenaventura mining company since 2021, which had generated trust and allowed a smooth collaboration in their transition towards new ways of working, valuing their activities and optimizing spaces. This allowed them to move to a hybrid format, reducing their offices from five to two floors in Torre Begonias. This was accomplished by applying our prior knowledge on Buenaventura and the benchmark from our database.

We focused on reusing most of the elements and prioritizing the colors of their raw material, the earth, instead of just their corporate colors. The project, divided into Analytics, design development, dismantling and implementation, required meeting the needs of all areas, optimizing and standardizing meeting rooms, and managing the operating license.
