PQSE House manufactures container offices for project teams, construction sites and industrial workplaces. The range can be discussed as a single office or a connected arrangement, with room divisions developed around everyday work, meetings, visitors and supporting facilities.
The office brief establishes the entrance positions, partitions, windows, furniture clearances and service requirements. Power outlets, data connections and cooling should be coordinated with the room layout. Furniture, sanitary facilities and other additions form part of the supply only when included in the agreed quotation and specification.
Selection also depends on the receiving site. Foundations, delivery and lifting access, external utility connections, local approvals and installation responsibilities need to be defined before the building package is finalized. Dimensions, materials and finishes follow the selected configuration and approved drawings.
The zoning diagram illustrates a possible connected office arrangement; it is not a construction drawing. The exterior and interior images show PQSE House's Riyadh office project during assembly and fit-out, as an application reference rather than a standard product specification or completed-building record.
