pladur® Wrinkle is an organic coil-coated material for high-quality building envelopes. It has a non-reflective textured surface topography in ten colors for a stylish and elegant appearance.

 

The thicker coating offers good weathering resistance. The textured surface is resistant to denting and less liable to contamination than comparable matt, smooth polyester coatings while offering high scratch resistance.

 

The product is suitable for bending, drawing, press braking, profiling, stamping and roll forming, making it ideal for facades and interior wall/ceiling panels.

 

To ensure optimum corrosion protection we recommend using a readily formable steel with our ZM Ecoprotect® coating as the substrate. The composition of the material is designed to provide long-term resistance to all usual climatic stresses. As a result, pladur® is a material that provides good protection against quality losses even after many years of use.

 

The product complies with the relevant REACH regulation. The organic coatings are completely free of chromates and CMR substances. pladur® also has various TÜV Nord certifications, building code approval from Deutsches Institut für Bautechnik (DIBt) and an EPD.

 

Product guarantees are offered on a project basis.

 

The product is available as coil and sheet.
