Quartz Carpet is a durable and slip-resistant floor covering made from colored natural quartz granules combined with an epoxy binder. Available in 1-2 mm and 2-3 mm sizes, the quartz stones come in various colors. The system adheres to the existing substrate, creating a visually seamless surface.

Versatility
Quartz Carpet can be applied directly over various surfaces, and it is suitable for both internal and external applications on floors, walls, and joinery.
Benefits
This flooring solution is popular among clients seeking a strong, durable, and seamless finish. Quartz Carpet provides the aesthetic appeal of carpet combined with the durability of tile, making it an excellent choice for both interior and exterior projects.

The quartz granules are coated in a proprietary UV-stable coating, ensuring they won't fade over time. Available in a wide variety of sizes, colors, and finishes, Quartz Carpet can be tailored to accommodate most logos, inlays, and graphics, creating striking and creative environments for brands and businesses.

Installation
Quartz Carpet is hand-troweled over existing surfaces, with a thickness of approximately 5-7 mm for foot traffic and 8 mm thick for vehicle traffic. It can be applied over a range of substrates, including concrete, tiles, compressed sheeting, plaster, villa board, brick, plywood, and MDF.

Applications
This flooring finish is suited for residential, commercial, retail, educational, and industrial projects. For internal applications, an ‘Open Pore’ finish is used, allowing the spaces between the quartz stones to be filled, making the floor easy to clean. The 'Open Pore' finish is recommended for external applications, as it is water-permeable and UV stable.
