Our Sola Felt Printing collection combines new advanced printing technology with our precision cutting capabilities to deliver high-performing, visually striking acoustic panels.

The collection is made using Sola Felt, 3form’s 50% post-consumer recycled PET material. We print patterns directly onto the Declare Label Red List Free material using state-of-the-art printing technology and water-based ink in a process that is Greenguard Gold certified. A range of off-the-shelf print patterns are available, including four elegant woodgrains, five ethereal gradients (Early Twilight, Summer Sunset, Autumn, Ocean Wave, and Desert Sky), and two stone patterns (Marble and Quartz), that showcase the ability to fade seamlessly between colors and execute intricate designs with fine lines.

The collection also includes several offerings that punctuate new printed patterns with precise, bevel-edged cuts that reveal the base Sola Felt color. The Deco Warm pattern, for example, combines a vibrant, stepped red gradient print with art deco–inspired arch shape cuts, revealing the rich Saffron color of the Sola Felt base. This interplay of color and form creates a dynamic, dimensional visual experience. Similarly, the Leafy Greens pattern creates a captivating leaf motif by pairing a printed stepped gradient of green with curved bevel cuts.

The Sola Felt Printing collection opens up new possibilities for designers to seamlessly incorporate acoustic panels into their projects. Beyond the pre-designed patterns and print-cut combinations, designers can work closely with our team to create custom prints that meet their unique vision. For those looking for more personalization, the option to add one of 25 standard cut patterns allows for two additional customization choices: the specific cut pattern and the ability to reveal the underlying Sola Felt base color. With 22 standard Sola Felt colors, designers can select a base color that either complements or contrasts the printed pattern, adding depth and dimension to their design.

Designers can specify print pattern Sola Felt panels in continuous runs or pair them with solid color panels to accentuate specific areas. Each Sola Felt panel is 44” x 96” and offers an NRC rating of .35. This combination of design flexibility and acoustic performance makes the collection a compelling choice for spaces where both function and style are paramount, including modern offices, hospitality venues, conference spaces, retail environments, restaurants, and more.
