Studio Gronda was entrusted with designing all the interior spaces of Saddle restaurant, a new culinary center in the bustling city of Madrid. The restaurant is situated on the site of the legendary Jockey restaurant, which was a popular meeting place for global jet setters between 1950 and 1990. The anteroom to the main hall features Twin White Marble Bar Counters, showcasing the latest mixology and premium ingredients. The wood-clad ceiling and walls create a cozy stand-up area for informal gatherings. Slate ivory was elegantly used for the flooring of Saddle restaurant, imparting a sophisticated and modern ambiance.
