The planning and design of new housing along Marmion Avenue at 179th Street culminated in the creation of a 7-story building. The plan includes a community space and landscaped inner courtyard at street level. The overall mass of the 90-unit, masonry bearing wall and concrete plank structure was fractured to look like an assemblage of buildings of varying scales. The façade is comprised of precast concrete on the entrance façade and cornices. It also utilizes three colors of dryvit and two colors of brick.
