The site lies in Martinego area of Herakleion, one of the most historic sites of the city. The six-storey mixed-use building is 18m high and consists of four apartments, one maisonette and a medical clinic laid in four floors.

The objective was the differentiation of the medical clinic with a separate entrance to the apartments but also keep a unifying façade and design. The client also requested to take on the interior design of the maisonette with its terrace.
