Residential building with gorge and birches
On a plot south of the Dorfgasse in Hötting a residential complex was constructed with nine apartments. The architecture could be described as structured terrace typology. The building emphasises the qualities of the hillside as well as it fits with the surrounding buildings.
The structure results in four height-graded components, each with green roofs. The orientation guarantees optimal exposure. The centrally located circulation is managed as external circulation and thus underlines the structure of the components. All apartments are accessible by a lift barrier-free. On each floor there are a maximum of two residential units. If necessary, it is possible to put together individual apartments.
