The memorial entry set along the Atlantic City Boardwalk is treated as a visual and sensorial experience in memory of the victims of the Holocaust.
Angled and fragmented masts mark the landscape, creating shadows that project onto the boardwalk. The masts themselves are inscribed with the names of the victims and at night illuminate beans of light into the sky. A suspended path of ramps and landings meanders between the columns and provides an alternating experience of introspection and extrospection.
