The primary aim of the design was to craft a biophilic residence that offers unparalleled comfort to its occupants while fostering a profound connection with the natural world.
Nestled within a natural setting, this project reimagines our inherent biological affinity with nature. By embracing various principles of biophilic design, it transforms into an urban sanctuary for its inhabitants.
Our endeavor was to forge a secluded haven seamlessly intertwined with nature, allowing it to seamlessly merge with the living spaces.
Drawing inspiration from visual and non-visual elements of nature, thermal dynamics, the presence of water, dynamic lighting, and a connection to natural ecosystems, as well as employing materials reminiscent of nature, biomorphic shapes, and patterns, our design integrates diverse biophilic patterns to optimize residents' comfort and well-being.
Throughout the design, natural materials are prominently featured, adorning both the exterior façade and interior spaces.
The warm, tactile allure of wood infuses the private abode with a comforting ambiance, complemented by the natural elegance of stone and verdant mesh coverings.
A standout feature of the residence is its Winter Garden, situated on the second floor. Encircled by adjoining rooms, it offers breathtaking views of the lush greenery, serving as a tranquil refuge during the colder months when outdoor activities are less feasible.
Strategically positioned to maximize outdoor space utilization, the house invites residents to savor the serenity of the outdoors, providing an enchanting retreat for moments spent amidst the fresh air.
