With its 15 floors and 150 apartments, Brabo I is a fixture on Linkeroever. Thanks to a thorough façade renovation, this residential tower is being transformed into a sustainable, safe and contemporary building, ready for the future.

In addition to renewing the façade cladding, installing extra insulation and upgrading the technical installations, the terraces are also being completely renovated and enlarged. The striking triangular shape of the terraces makes the whole building visually unique — a strong, iconic addition to the Antwerp skyline.

Our ISIS profiles have been chosen for the façade, giving the building a sleek, modern character. These profiles not only contribute to the architectural appearance, but also reinforce the sustainable and maintenance-friendly nature of the façade.

This gives Brabo I a new lease of life — with more comfort for the residents and a powerful new identity for the city.
