Casa Balvanera is a residential project with warm environments and textures that express a strong connection with nature. A palette of stones and woods in neutral tones find different combinations to give each space an expressiveness that captivates the senses.
The design was based on finding the best orientations for each space through the incorporation of natural environments in the program, resulting in a mix of patios and terraces that fill the house with energy and promote the connection of its inhabitants with nature.
The social areas on the access level are completely open to the rear garden that offers beautiful views of the golf course. The upper floor takes advantage of the free rooftops to create areas for rest and contemplation.
