The daytime program of the house is located on the ground floor. The entrance is through a small hallway with a ventilated storage room lit from the façade. This entrance gives access to the staircase that connects the different levels of the house. It is equipped with storage cupboards and a guest bathroom and is the hub of the house.

It provides access to the main living room and the kitchen. Both rooms are connected by a central courtyard that illuminates and ventilates the entire house. The central courtyard of the house is a key feature of the proposed design, as it optimizes the lighting of the entire ground floor while also providing natural light and ventilation to the basement.

It has been designed with a completely glass enclosure to achieve greater spaciousness and light on the ground floor of the house. This glass enclosure is a sliding door system to optimize the functioning of the kitchen and dining room in seasons when the weather is good.
