Casa F22

Located in aprivate condominium, Casa F22 was designed to meet the wishes of customers to have a private building, little exposed to the common areas of the allotment and suitable for contemplating the view of the place. Located on a generous corner lot, which requires considerable setbacks, the residence is made up of two overlapping volumes offset from each other, highlighting the distinction between the floors. The ground floor presents itself as a volume without communication with the outside from the front facade, aiming the privacy desired by the residents, while on the upper floor a metallic lattice protects the frames without impeding the entry of natural light.

In order to achieve full integration of the social environments, the solution adopted involves a free span of 11 meters, made possible with the use of a prestressed concrete slab, allowinglarge openings without visual blockages. In this way, the living room, dining room, gourmet area and balcony are completely united. Still on the lower level, but implemented in a reserved manner, the program includes laundry, pantry, and toilet.

In the external area, the swimming pool, which contains a lane and a spa, embraces the house next to the gourmet veranda and communicatesthe building and the garden, designed to be a point of peace and contemplation of nature.

The staircase positioned right next to the main door leads residents to the intimate area of the building, which has as its highlight the office, linked to the double height ceiling, with glass partitions and views of the valley. The same view can also be enjoyed from the master suite, which has a bathroom and closet, while the other bedrooms have windows facing the opposite side.

The predominant materiality blends wood, used to cover the lower volume, and masonry with a white paint finishing, allowing the metallic lattice to display its changing role, which will be transformed as the climbing vegetation grows.
