The renovation is a project of 08023 Architects, located in one of the most exclusive residential areas outside of Barcelona. A derelict house has been reinvented into a house in which modernity, innovation and design are combined in a unique Mediterranean experience.

Excellently merged within the spectacular surrounding garden, its almost 500m2 area spread over three floors: a technical basement, a living area downstairs and a restarea upstairs.

XXI century technologies are introduced and combined into the housing to build an extra ordinary house. The use of new insulation materials exponentially improves energy efficiency. Home automation can control the whole house through a Smartphone and rainwater is used for irrigate the Mediterranean garden and fill the pool.

The living room area has large windows t the house can be completely opened to the outside, with out barriers to the landscape. The kitchen, spacious and function alis equipped with the latest technologies and high quality cooking equipment.

The magnificent porch becomes a chill out area with LED lighting color therapy, changing according the moods of the owners. The amazing white infinity pool are linked with the house and is also a bleto change the color of its waters.

The renovation create a new wonderful terrace in each bedroom, replacing the old roof. The master suite has an own spacious dressing area and an elegant bathroom-spa with a stunning terrace over looking the Mediterranean Sea.

The basement has two park lots, a gym,some storage rooms and a large spa area where you can forget the outside world. The inside pool a rising from the floor combines the relaxing sound of the waterfall with chromo therapy lights.

We build a warm and functional house with new exterior areas : porch and terraces with sea views (home + Mediterranean). Large areas of garden and solarium has been opened next to the infinity pool beside a spa and fitness area i (pool + outdoor living).

A residential project created by reinventing an abandoned house. The outcome is a warm yet functional home where modernity, innovation and design intertwine with a Mediterranean spirit.

The refurbishment has built on a large living area boasting huge picture windows that equip the space with natural light and open out onto the outdoor area. The spacious and functional kitchen is kitted out with the latest technology and appliances. The use of automated technology also allows surveillance of the property using a smartphone, or to use the water to water the garden or fill the swimming pool.

Finally, there is the large 500m2 garden that surrounds the property, achieving the perfect union between the inside and the outside. A Mediterranean and oriental-inspired space, it is here where the outdoor furniture from the Spanish design brand Vondom can be found. More specifically, there are loungers from the Rest collection designed by A-cero that are arranged next to the infinity pool. Similarly, the tables and chairs from this collection decorate the porch’s magnificent outdoor dining area. Following on with this modernist line, at the other end is the set of avant-garde furniture made up of the high table and stools from the Wing collection, which was also designed by A-cero.

To summarise, it is a new modern-design house where enjoying its outdoor areas plays a crucial role.
