The project responds to the conditions imposed by the client: renovating the house completely including changing facilities for less than 20,000€.
It was quite a challenge to make a reform for a flat of 70 m2 with 3 rooms with such a tight budget, but we adapted to it.
To do this we limit ourselves to maintaining as much as possible the majority of the original structure, opening only spaces where natural light would be needed.
The 3 rooms are therefore maintained although the main one is moved to the main façade. The rest is left as an open space that connects the rest of the rooms for the development of daily activity.
