Renovation of a penthouse in Trento Centro. Total demolition of all the walls and complete redesign of the distribution of spaces. All the rooms towards the terrace have been opened and expanded by the width of the old corridor. The sleeping area consisting of 1 bedroom with walk-in closet and 2 bathrooms, one private and one common, is bordered by the central distribution, the corridor.
As in most of the studio's projects, there is the theme of the functionality of the spaces and in particular in the rooms, entrance, corridor, which accompany the living area and bedroom/study. The corridor is a filter room separated from both the entrance and the living area with full-height retractable doors that conceal the ancillary rooms. A generous bathroom and a small guest bathroom complete the plan.
The living area, consisting of a living room, dining area and kitchen with island, occupies all the rooms overlooking the large terrace that runs along the entire house facing south/east.
