Cessulab is a Science, Technology and Innovation Institute located in an iconic building in Varginha. This interior design project was born from the need to create a space where regional stakeholders could connect, collaborate and drive regional development through innovation.

The hub is located in a very interesting building in the city, with an exposed metal structure and bamboo louvers that not only impress, but also define a bold and avant-garde style. Entering this hub is like diving into a world of innovation, vibrant colors and intelligent designs. Here, modular furniture adapts to constantly evolving needs, while the spaces are meticulously designed to facilitate the daily dynamics of employees.
The interior design we designed for Cessulab was guided by the proposal to materialize creativity in the spaces and provide an environment favorable to innovation.

Upon entering the space, we are faced with a multifunctional space, designed to be a place for connection and interaction between people. Here, we find a variety of elements carefully arranged to meet different needs: geometric workstations that come together in versatile arrangements, a modular sofa that transforms into different configurations, round tables ideal for intimate meetings and, in front, a small grandstand that serves both as a relaxation area and as a stage for inspiring lectures.
One of the most striking aspects of this space is the intelligent use of acoustic clouds, essential for providing sound comfort in an environment that accommodates a variety of uses and a large concentration of people.

In an innovation hub, we recognize the importance of meeting rooms as crucial spaces for collaborative progress. That’s why our design includes a meeting room on each floor of the space. Strategically positioned, the rooms provide a private and comfortable environment for teams to focus, discuss ideas, and make crucial decisions.

Without a doubt, work islands are essential in any innovation environment, where work production comes to life. Equipped with quality lighting and Franttone Office furniture, the space was designed to ensure comfort and ergonomics, promoting productivity and well-being for employees.

Last but not least, in the upper pavilion we find a space dedicated to rest and inspiration, a true creative oasis amidst the workstations. The modular furniture, synthetic grass and vibrant color scheme are the main highlights chosen by those who enjoy the space.
