The project concerns the design and construction of an open space, with a bedroom in the attic and two bathrooms, all with particular attention to spatial material experimentation.
The intent is to give the home a free environment consisting of a living area and kitchen, the fulcrum and key element of the design idea. Wooden elements of custom-made furniture have been studied that connote and emphasize every detail of the house. In particular, the snack top is made to measure in solid oak wood and satin stainless steel, while the island and the kitchen top are in MDF panels covered with eco-resin with induction cookers.

The staircase, in reinforced concrete with prefabricated steps, rises like a sculptural element capable of connecting the two key spaces.

The totally independent sleeping area outlines an intimate and private space, characterized by the presence of warm grays that enhance the wooden beams. A custom wardrobe has been created in the bedroom.
Oak wood was used for the floors of the apartment, while for the services on the living floor material-effect porcelain stoneware, while for the bathroom of the bedroom in the attic concrete resin flooring with light and bright colors.
