STONEPANEL™ is perfect for the facade of the new Aimé-Césaire High School located in Clisson (France). Ataub Architects and their co-contractor Linéa Architecture and Urbanism chose STONEPANEL™ Sylvestre for the exterior cladding -a total surface of 550 square meters- of this secondary education institution which provides different grades about construction industry.
STONEPANEL™ Sylvestre is a gneiss stone, very light and uniform. It transmits sobriety with its natural luminosity. The use of STONEPANEL™ Sylvestre adds a touch of class and elegance to the outside of this building, opened in September 2014.
STONEPANEL™ is a unique system, created and patented by CUPA GROUP, that can be used for any type of exterior or interior natural stone wall cladding application. Composed by 100% natural stones, mounted on a cement base and reinforced with lightweight glass fiber, STONEPANEL is the only pre-mounted stone panel to pass Europe's most demanding prestigious tests, allows for stones to be arranged in unique ways while avoiding any risk of detachment.
These natural stone panels are Z-shaped to avoid visible joints and produced in two standard sizes 61×15.2cm and 60x20cm, different thickness available depending on model.
Aimé-Césaire High School is a public upper-secondary school, which aims for joint education with research and economy.
This french secondary school allows students to pursue an additional education upon graduation in the building industry.
