Co-Living

Affordable housing - in many European cities, there is almost no more. How can low-cost construction concepts be realized and rent costs reduced without restricting the quality of living?

To meet the huge demand, transformative models are needed. Co-Living is an answer to the galloping problem of finding affordable housing. For more and more people, rents in major and medium-sized cities are becoming less and less affordable. Not only students can not afford their own place anymore. Increasingly, city dwellers have to share the apartment with others for cost reasons. But not only is the rents are rising, people are becoming sick. Sharing living space, living together - why not?

Our co-living concept offers private rooms, a large kitchen, a bathroom and a roof terrace as shared living and working space. In the common areas, the residents should be able to interact in a variety of ways, they can cook and eat together in the large living-dining areas and relax on the roof terrace.

Our concept is the key to more affordable housing. The wooden buildings can be realized practically everywhere, on all public parking lots in the city area. It can respond flexibly to different locations and population requirements. But not only the housing shortage in the metropolitan areas is conceptually in the focus, but it is at the same time a new living concept that takes into account the changing living habits.
