The palatial-style villa at the centre of this restoration, built at the beginning of the 20th century, required large areas of its facade to be restored, particularly the upper cornices. These were evidently deteriorated by the passage of time and the marine environment. For this purpose, we used cornices custom-designed for the project.
The estate had previously undergone several restorations, but they were never permanent, and this was the aim with the polymer concrete pieces, to achieve a permanent, long-lasting action.
