The project is a small cultural center on the outskirts of Establiments, a town in Mallorca. The building is located at the end of the plot to allow ample parking space, since, in general, access to the building must be by car.

The building has a rectangular plan and three levels. The ground floor is intended for a multipurpose room, the first floor for classrooms and the third for a library.

The building is closed on the sides, to give privacy to neighboring houses and opens to the front and rear facades, overlooking the rural area in which it is located.

The orientation of the rear facade is northeast. It opens cleanly to the landscape, simply protected by a screen system to protect it from the sun during the first hours of the day.

The main façade has good views but is southwest facing, so it receives the sun directly for many hours throughout the day. Instead of closing the facade and minimizing the gaps, it was decided to open the building to the landscape, but proposing a system of colored glass slats to serve as a filter. As if we put sunglasses on the building. In addition, the system is complemented by a system of interior screens.
