Natural light, furniture with history, some works of art, many design pieces with emotional value and a layout designed for the residents' lifestyle, this is the concept of the E.G. apartment.

Free walls, functional joinery and neutrals tones blended to allow the elements present in the space to stand out. “For us, the relationship between the space and each object that forms its composition is extremely important. It is by looking sensitively at these details that a home comes to life", say architects Maira Rossi and Karen Félix.

All family activities were united in a large layout, so that spatial integration was the starting point in a large living room, but still keeping the functionalities attributed to each room. Natural light filtered through linen curtains enters the entire gourmet kitchen and dining space. The idea of integrating these environments went beyond spatial expansion to bring more natural lighting to the entire social area.

The environments of the balcony and living room merge through the layout of the sofa that serves both spaces and brings a relaxed atmosphere to the living room, allowing multiple uses in the family's daily life.

The integrated kitchen was incorporated into the living room, with a support pantry that gained a round table to suit the lifestyle of the residents.

In the entrance hall, we incorporated the residents' personality through subtle details: the painting strategically positioned under the sconce, the altar and the quartz table, designed by the clientes’ cousin, created an environment rich in details.

In the intimate area of the apartment, the master bedroom has an integrated closet. With a clean and elegant atmosphere, we create an environment of tranquility, a space for relaxation and preparation for the day and rest for the night. The materials proposed for the master bath, in light tones, follow a soft language to create an atmosphere of tranquility, complemented by the choice of the soaking tub.

As for the daughter's room, a dreamy girl, the rosé palette follows the warm and neutral tones used in the apartment and the delicate details create a cozy and happy environment for playing, studying, and resting.

Simplicity is the essence of elegance. This apartment has a contemporary minimalist style, with neutral tones, art, and many design pieces, where comfort, history, and style come together in perfect harmony.
