Housing located in the center of Albacete where a comprehensive renovation has been carried out, completely modifying its distribution and obtaining countless spaces dedicated to order and storage.

At the same time, all of its DHW, climate and heating installations have been renewed, achieving optimal energy performance and automation and allowing greater energy savings and a visible improvement in the qualities of the home both thermally and acoustically.

One of the most important changes has been to rearrange the entire distribution of the home, providing it with extra natural light and achieving a healthier home, which provides a feeling of absolute well-being from the first moment.

Likewise, a lighting study has been carried out to create large interconnected and modern spaces where indirect lighting plays a primary role.

Practical and decorative iron glass enclosures, a glass study module where you can telework comfortably, a huge dressing room, a custom-designed kitchen with endless storage and many more details, make this home convey simplicity, class, serenity, cleanliness and warmth.

A special home in one of the most iconic arteries of Albacete next to the lungs of the city.
