İldem Park Mall is located on Günsazak Street in the İldem district of Melikgazi District of Kayseri.

As a result of the negotiations between Ikon Proje and İldem Housing Development Cooperative, it is aimed to build a new center that can meet the social and cultural needs of people and revitalize the region against the rapidly increasing population of the region.

The center, which has a total construction area of ​​43.000 m², was designed with the idea of ​​a new and comprehensive Central Mall with social, cultural and commercial activities.

While the project was being designed, stores were positioned on a circulation scheme facing the gallery space, escalators and elevators were added to facilitate the transition between stores, and the gallery space was illuminated with natural light from the roof.

İldem Park, which has a gross leasable area of ​​16.000m2 and nearly 90 stores, has shops, cafes and restaurants, large social living areas, terrace areas and large parking areas.

İldem Park AVM, whose construction process was completed in 2017, was opened for use in February 2017.
