This fantastic auditorium in Bush House (Kings College
London) was designed by John Robertson Architects,
delivered by Overbury and installed by Crompton
Joinery. Acoustic Products first got involved in June
2016 and it was our responsibility to deliver the vision
of John Robertson Architects (project renderings
pictured right).
John Robertson Architects selected our Topakustik
6/2M (aw 0.85, Absorption Class B, NRC 0.91) and 6/2
Non Acoustic Panels; it is important when working with
such a space that the reverberation is controlled and
not completely taken away. Controlling the sound in
this environment is complex to ensure speech
intelligibility is transferred to all sections of the auditorium. We at Acoustic Products delivered two varying systems to
assist the acoustic needs which aesthetically fit the auditorium and have the same visual appearance.
